Abstract

People do not realize the effect of electromagnetic waves exposure that they cannot touch, smell, or see. Yet, we are immersed in a vast ocean of electromagnetic waves. Often, people ask how invisible things can pose a danger to us. This concern arises because of the rapid spread of technological devices, such as cell phones, which have become common in our daily lives. Nowadays, there are extensive research studies showing concern about the potential harms of electromagnetic waves across all the probable frequencies, but many people focus on the benefits and efficient functioning of these devices and struggle to understand how these things work without considering the risk. Technology socially destroys them; electromagnetic waves have important uses in various aspects of our daily life, such as communication, radio, television, infrared, microwave, ultraviolet rays, and many more. The main objective of this research is to find the harmful effects caused by electromagnetic waves, suggest preventive measures, and create a website and Android application that will be available for any individual to easily protect themselves from the effects of electromagnetic waves.
